This Refund Policy applies to every product sold by Hashtag Publishing LLC, publishing as Stan Taylor ("the Company", "we", "us"): the books, audiobooks, hardcovers, journals and decks bought on stantaylor.com, on my.stantaylor.com, or through a Stan Taylor passage (the checkout that opens from one of our pages). It follows the store's Refund Policy at stantaylor.com/policies/refund-policy, with two paragraphs written for the way digital products are delivered here. Read it before you buy.
The Company and Stan Taylor sell transformation. We operate under a performance-based guarantee: we assume the risk if you do the work and it fails. This policy describes the work, the window, and what happens next.
2.1 Delivery. Digital products (ebooks and audiobooks) bought through my.stantaylor.com or a Stan Taylor passage are delivered inside the Stan Taylor app and the web reader at my.stantaylor.com, on the account whose email address was used at checkout: signing in with that address unlocks them, with nothing to type. A gift is delivered the same way, on the account of the recipient's email address. It is your responsibility to make sure the email address you give at checkout is correct.
2.2 Revocation of access. If a refund is issued for any reason, including a chargeback, your license to the digital content ends immediately and is revoked everywhere it was delivered: in the app, in the web reader, and on every device signed in to the account.
Every product, digital, physical or bundled, is covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee based on ineffectiveness. You have 90 days from the date of purchase to test the material.
3.1 Conditions for a refund (the "Skin in the Game" clause). To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, you must show that you applied the material. The Black Book of Power is a protocol, and you must submit evidence of 21 days of documented work within the 90-day window. Email hello@stantaylor.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Order Number]" and attach:
• Proof of Chapter 4 execution: photos or scans from your journal, physical or digital, documenting your daily execution of the "Marble Statue" / Empathy Protocols for at least 21 consecutive days.
• The "Parasite" identification: a written summary of at least 100 words naming the specific internal "Parasite" you identified in Chapter 5 and the specific "Irreversible Action" you took to break its hold.
3.2 Approval and resolution. When your evidence is approved, we refund the full purchase price and ask you to return any physical products. Digital access is revoked as section 2 describes.
4.1 Return shipping. When a physical return is authorized, outside the "Do The Work" guarantee or where specific circumstances require it, we refund the cost of return shipping.
4.2 Original shipping fees. Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are not refundable under any circumstances. They are paid directly to third-party carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL) and cannot be recovered. A refund is for the product price only, excluding shipping.
4.3 Damaged or defective items. If your hardcover book or journal arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@stantaylor.com with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement. Damage is resolved with a replacement, not a refund.
Refunds are not issued for:
• Change of mind: we do not accept returns because you changed your mind or did not like it.
• Failure to execute: refusal to provide the documented journal evidence described in section 3.1.
• Expired requests: requests made after the 90-day window.
• Technical competence: inability to use the Stan Taylor app or the web reader, or to open standard digital files.
