# Intimate Image Removal Policy
Version 1.0, effective September 6, 2026. Hashtag Publishing LLC ("we") runs the Stan Taylor app and my.stantaylor.com, including the Readers' Room. This page is our notice under the TAKE IT DOWN Act (15 U.S.C. § 6851a) and the process behind it. It exists whether or not such an image has ever been posted here: the Room is for adults, sexual content is against its rules, and every photo is checked before it appears, but the process is yours regardless.
The person shown in the image, or a parent, guardian, or someone authorized to act for them. You do not need an account, and you do not need to be a member of the Room.
An intimate visual depiction of an identifiable person, whether a real photograph or a computer-generated one ("digital forgery"), published without that person's consent. If the person shown may be under 18, tell us; the image is then handled under our child-safety escalation as well, which includes a report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
Use the form at my.stantaylor.com/legal/intimate-image-removal. It asks for:
• your name and an email address we can reach you at;
• a statement that you are the person shown, or authorized to act for them;
• where the image is (the link from Copy link on the post or comment), or enough description for us to find it;
• a statement that the image is an intimate depiction of that person published without consent, and that the request is made in good faith;
• your typed name as a signature.
You can also email the same information to hello@stantaylor.com with the subject "Intimate image removal", or post it to Hashtag Publishing LLC, 1021 E Lincolnway Suite #7583, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001, United States. The form is fastest.
1. You receive a confirmation with a request number at once. 2. We remove the image, and any identical copy we can find, within 48 hours of a complete request. In practice we act the same day. 3. We keep a cryptographic fingerprint (a hash) of the removed image and block it from being uploaded again. We do not keep the image. 4. We tell you when it is done. You can check the status at any time at my.stantaylor.com/legal/status with your number and email. 5. If the request is missing something, we tell you what, and the 48 hours run from the corrected request.
We act in good faith on every request that appears valid. The law protects a service that removes an image on a good-faith request even if the request later proves mistaken, so when in doubt we remove.
We keep a record of each request, the time it arrived, the time the image came down, the fingerprint, and any report we made, for at least three years, as the Privacy Policy describes.
