Accessibility Statement

Version 1.0 · Effective September 1, 2026

Stan Taylor and Hashtag Publishing LLC are committed to making these books and every surface around them usable by everyone. Every purchase includes at least one fully accessible way to read or hear the work, and we aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the apps and the web reader.

The apps

The Stan Taylor app for iPhone and iPad renders every chapter as real text. VoiceOver and TalkBack are supported throughout, system text sizes are honored up to the largest accessibility settings, and the reader offers the Atkinson Hyperlegible and OpenDyslexic typefaces alongside the book faces. The system Reduce Motion setting switches the app's animations off. Every audiobook is a complete narrated edition with lock screen controls and adjustable speed.

The web reader

The web reader at my.stantaylor.com protects the books by drawing pages rather than exposing copyable text, which ordinary screen readers cannot see. Navigation, settings, and every surface around the books remain fully keyboard and screen reader accessible, honor the system's contrast and reduced motion preferences, and meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast.

The screen-reader edition

Any reader who uses assistive technology on the web can have their account switched to the screen-reader edition: a real-text version of the web reader built for screen readers and braille displays. Write to hello@stantaylor.com and it will be enabled for your account at no charge, usually within one business day.

Audiobook equivalence

Both books are published as complete, professionally narrated audiobooks, and audiobook access always includes the ebook edition. No reader is limited to a single format.

Feedback

Accessibility issues get fixed. If any part of the apps, the web reader, or these documents gets in your way, write to hello@stantaylor.com and a human will respond. Specific reports help (your device, your assistive technology, and where it broke), but any note is enough to start.
